Applikationshinweise To insure lot-to-lot consistency, each batch of product is tested by ELISA and/or flow cytometry to conform to characteristics of a standard reference reagent. Fluorescein conjugate: <= 3 µ g/10 6 cells, R-phycoerythrin conjugate: <= 0.3 µ g/10 6 cells, Spectral Red conjugate: <= 0.3 µ g/10 6 cells.
