To insure lot-to-lot consistency, each batch of product is tested to conform to characteristics of a standard reference reagent using immunofluorescence staining and analysis on a Becton Dickinson FACScan flow cytometer. Fluorescein conjugate: <= 1 µ g/10 6 cells, Biotin conjugate: <= 1 µ g/10 6 cells, R-phycoerythrin conjugate: <= 0.2 µ g/10 6 cells.
