Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: To insure lot-to-lot consistency, each batch of product is tested by ELISA, PCFIA and/or flow cytometry for conformance with characteristics of a standard reference reagent. FITC, TRITC, TXRD, and BIOT conjugate: <= 1 µ g/10 6 cells, R-PE, APC, SPRD, R-PE-TXRD, CY 5, R-PE-CY 7, and APC-CY 7 conjugate: <= 0.1 µ g/10 6 cells, AP conjugate: 1:2,000-1:4,000, HRP conjugate: 1:4,000-1:8,000, BIOT conjugate: 1:5,000-1:20,000.
