MMP-1 is also known as collagenase, fibroblast collagenase, and interstitial collagenase. MMP-1 has shown substrate specificity to collagens I, II, III, VII. VIII and X, aggrecan, versican, tenascin, casein, gelatin, alpha 1-antitrypsin, myelin basic protein, L-selectin, pro-TNF, IL-1 beta , pro-MMP-2 and pro-MMP-9 directly and indirectly by activating other MMPs.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: To insure lot-to-lot consistency, each batch of product is tested by ELISA to conform with the characteristics of a standard reference reagent.
