Spezifität: An epitope on mouse I-E k MHC class II alloantigen The monoclonal antibody 14-4-4S reacts with the I-E k class II alloantigen on cells from mice of the H-2 d , H-2 p , and H-2 r haplotypes. 1 Cells from mice of the H-2 b , H-2 f , H-2 q , and H-2 s haplotypes do not express I-E antigen. 2 The antibody has been reported to cross-react with the rat MHC class II alloantigen RT1D.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: To insure acceptable performance, each batch of product is tested by flow cytometry to conform to the characteristics of a standard reference reagent. Fluorescein conjugate: <= 1 µ g/10 6 cells, Biotin conjugate: <= 1 µ g/10 6 cells, R-phycoerythrin conjugate: <= 0.2 µ g/10 6 cells.

Buffer: The purified (UNLB) antibody is supplied as 0.5 mg of purified immunoglobulin in 1.0 mL of 100 mM borate buffered saline, pH 8.2. No preservatives or amine-containing buffer salts added. Store at 2- 8°C. The fluorescein (FITC) conjugate is supplied as 0.
