Beschreibung: APOBEC2 belongs to the cytidine and deoxycytidylate deaminase family. It is probable C toU editing enzyme whose physiological substrate is not yet known. It does not displaydetectable apoB mRNA editing and has a low intrinsic cytidine deaminase activity.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Peptide ELISA: 1/128000. Western Blot: 1 - 3 µg/ml. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
