Beschreibung: LMO7 contains a calponin homology (CH) domain, a PDZ domain, and a LIM domain. AnF-box (FBX) domain is present in alternative splice variants. Members of the LIM proteinfamily carry the LIM domain, a unique cysteine-rich zinc-binding domain. Members of theFBX protein family are involved in protein-protein interactions. LMO7 may be involved inprotein-protein interactions. Multiple alternative splice variants have been described buttheir full-length sequences have not been determined.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Peptide ELISA: Limit dilution 1: 32000. Western blot: 0.5-2 µg/ml. Approx 70-75kDa band and approx 30kDa band observed inHuman Lung lysates (predicted MWs of 92kDa according to AAD33924.1 - however ourresult agrees with Putilina et al as below). A minor band of unknown identity was alsoconsistently observed at approx 50kDa. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
