Applikationshinweise: Peptide ELISA: Limit dilution 1: 16000. Western blot: 0.3-1 μg/mL. Approx 50 kDa band observed in Human Placenta lysates(calculated MW of 35.0 kDa according to NP_009016.1). The observed molecular weightcorresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Tanaka et al, IntImmunol.1998 Sep,10(9): 1305-14. , PMID: 9786430).
Other applications not tested.
Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
