Applikationshinweise

Peptide ELISA: Limit dilution 1: 16000. Western blot: 0.2-1 μg/mL. Approx 120 kDa and 50 kDa bands seen in Jurkat cell lysate. Please note that the weaker smaller band may represent a novel isoform of this proteinand is in agreement with previous Western blot observations (J Biol Chem 1995 Mar3,270(9): 4575-87).
Other applications not tested.
