Reinigung	The antibody is obtained by affinity purified technique, which removes essentially all rabbit serum proteins, except the specific antibody for goat IgG. Rabbit anti-goat IgG is conjugated to peroxidase by means of a method described by Wilson MB and Nakane PK.
