Spezifität: Specific for the ~42k - 44k ERK/MAPK phosphorylated at Thr202 and Tyr204 in Western Blots of UV treated Jurkat Cells or in a rat brain lysate. Immunolabeling is blocked by the Thr202/Tyr204 phosphopeptide used as antigen but not by the corresponding dephosphopeptide. Human, Mouse, Rat and Xenopus have 100% amino acid sequence identity with the antigen used to raise the antibody.

Applikationshinweise: Recommended Dilution: WB: 1:1000 IHC: 1:500 Quality Control: Western blots performed on each lot.

Reinigung: Prepared from rabbit serum by affinity purification via sequential chromatography on phospho- and dephosphopeptide affinity columns.

Buffer: 100 µl in 10 mM HEPES (pH 7.5), 150 mM NaCl, 100 µg BSA per ml and 50% glycerol. Adequate amount of material to conduct 10-mini Western Blots.

Lagerung: Store at -80 °C (long term), Stable for 1 year at -20°C.
