Applikationshinweise: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000. Recommended concentration: 0.3-1µg/ml.

Reinigung: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
