Beschreibung: Histone acetylation and deacetylation, catalyzed by multisubunit complexes, play a keyrole in the regulation of eukaryotic gene expression. HDAC1 belongs to the histonedeacetylase/acuc/apha family and is a component of the histone deacetylase complex. Italso interacts with retinoblastoma tumor-suppressor protein and this complex is a keyelement in the control of cell proliferation and differentiation. Together withmetastasis-associated protein-2, it deacetylates p53 and modulates its effect on cellgrowth and apoptosis.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: ELISA: 1/1,000. Western Blot: 1-100-1/500. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Buffer: PBS containing 0.09% (W/V) Sodium Azide as preservative.
