Spezifität: This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using biotin coupled to sepharose beads followed by papain digestion and chromatographic separation. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Goat Serum and biotinylated IgG. No reaction was observed against anti-papain or anti-Goat IgG F(c).

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Recommended Dilutions: ELISA 1:2,000 - 1:10,000 WESTERN BLOT 1:500 - 1:2,500 IMMUNOHISTOCHEMISTRY 1:200 - 1:1,000. Suitable for immunomicroscopy and flow cytometry or FACS analysis as well as other antibody based fluorescent assays requiring extremely low background levels, absence of F(c) mediated binding, lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity.

Konzentration: 1.0 mg/ml (by UV absorbance at 280 nm)

Buffer: Stabilizer: 10 mg/ml BSA (IgG and Protease free). Preservative: 0.01% (w/v) Sodium Azide. Buffer: 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2.

Lagerung: Store vial at 4°C prior to restoration. Restore with 1.0 ml of deionized water (or equivalent). For extended storage mix product with glycerol to 50% and then aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable for several weeks at 4°C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Expiration date is one (1) year from date of restoration.
