Spezifität: This product was prepared from monospecific antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography using biotin coupled to sepharose beads followed by papain digestion and chromatographic separation. Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Alkaline Phosphatase, anti-Goat Serum and biotinylated IgG. No reaction was observed against anti-papain or anti-Goat IgG F(c).

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Recommended Dilutions: ELISA 1:4,000 WESTERN BLOT 1:500 - 1:2,500 IMMUNOHISTOCHEMISTRY 1:200 - 1:1,000. Suitable for immunoblotting (western or dot blot), ELISA and immunohistochemistry as well as other phosphatase-antibody based enzymatic assays requiring extremely low background levels, absence of F(c) mediated binding, lot-to-lot consistency, high titer and specificity.

Konzentration: 0.5 mg/ml (by UV absorbance at 280 nm)

Buffer: Stabilizer: 10 mg/ml BSA (IgG and Protease free). Preservative: 0.01% (w/v) Sodium Azide. Buffer: 0.05M Tris Chloride, 0.15M Sodium Chloride, 0.001M Magnesium Chloride, 0.0001M Zinc Chloride, 50% (v/v) Glycerol, pH 8.0.

Lagerung: Store vial at 4o C before opening. DO NOT FREEZE. This product is stable at 4o C as an undiluted liquid. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Freezing alkaline phosphatase conjugates will result in a substantial loss of enzymatic activity. Expiration date is one (1) year from date of opening product.
