Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-alkaline phosphatase (calf intestine), anti-goat serum, rabbit IgG, rabbit IgG F(c) and rabbit serum. No reaction was observed against rabbit IgG F (ab')2.

Usage: Suitable for Western Blot (Western or Dot Blot), ELISA and Immunohistochemistry. ELISA: 1:500-1:3000. Use pNPP (p-nitrophenyl phosphate) as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
