Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunoprecipitation, Immunocytochemistry and Western Blot. Western Blot Analysis: 0.05-0.1 μg/mL detects the Ad2 and Ad5 E1A gene products in RIPA lysates from 293 cells. 293 cell lysate was resolved by electrophoresis, transferred to nitrocellulose and probed with anti- E1A (Ad2/Ad5) (0.1 μg/mL). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and a chemiluminescence detection system. Immunoprecipitation: An independent laboratory has reported that this antibody immunoprecipitates Ad2 and Ad5 E1A gene products and associated proteins. Immunocytochemistry: An independent laboratory has reported that this antibody immunostains Ad2 and Ad5 E1A gene products.
