Spezifität: Reacts most strongly with the ~110kD Cadherin 11 protein. An additional band at ~130kD (presumably the Cadherin 11precursor) may also be observed. Some cross-reactivity with other Cadherins is observed in approximately the following order: Cadherin11>>R-Cadherin>Cadherin 8>>N-Cadherin=P-Cadherin. No cross-reactivity with Cadherin 6 or E-Cadherin has been observed. Species cross-reactivity: Human and mouse. Predicted Reactivities: Mouse (Murine).
