Spezifität This antibody reacts with the heavy chains on rabbit IgG and with the light chains on all rabbit immunoglobulins based on IEP. Cross reactivity: No reactivity is observed to non-immunoglobulin rabbit serum proteins based on IEP.

Applikationshinweise This conjugate is suitable for immunomicroscopy and flow cytometry. The optimal working dilution should be determined by the investigator. Suggested starting dilution(s): Immunohistochemistry 1:20 - 1:2,000. Immunocytochemistry 1:50 - 1:5,000.
