Beta-glucosidase (EC=3.2.1.21) is an enzyme which catalyzes the hydrolysis ofterminal non-reducing residues in beta-D-glucosides with release of glucoseacting upon upon β1->4 bonds linking two glucose or glucose-substitutedmolecules.

Applikationshinweise

Recommended Dilution 1: 1000 - 1: 100 000 for techniques listed above. Additional Information: Antibody is labelled with biotin using N-hydroxysuccinimidobiotin. Antibodypotency and purity has been evaluated by immunoelectrophoresis, single radialimmunodiffusion (Ouchterlony), ELISA,immunoblotting and enzyme inhibition.
