Beschreibung: Catalase peroxidase (EC 1.11.1.7) is a bifunctional antioxidant enzyme encodedby the katG-gene. It exhibits both, catalase and peroxidase activity which providesa protection against oxidative stress by neutralising hydrogen peroxide. Theenzyme is present in a number of bacterial taxa, including cyanobacteria.

Applikationshinweise: Recommended Dilution 1: 3000 on 10 µg protein/lane with standard ECL (WB).
