Produktbeschreibung

Weitere Bezeichnung IsiA homolog of plant CP43 (CP43')
Swiss-Prot Q55274
Immunogen KLH-conjugated synthetic peptide nearly perfectly conserved across knownIsiA/CP43 proteins including Synechocystis PCC sp. 6803 CP43' Q55274
Format Lyophilized
Beschreibung CP43’ is encoded by the IsiA gene. This chlorophyll (Chl)-binding protein isinduced under iron deficiency conditions in certain cyanobacterial strains. It actsas dissipater of light energy protecting photosystem II from excessive excitationunder iron-deficient conditions
Spezifität Predicted reactivity: cyanobacteria.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise Recommended Dilution 1: 500 with standard ECL (WB). Additional Information: Peptide used to elicit this antibody is also perfectly or highly conserved in knownPcb chlorophyll a/b binding proteins from Prochlorococcus and similar proteinsfrom other cyanobacteria. Peptide target is partially conserved in CP43/PsbC.CP43' and CP43 can be distinguished by their size.
Buffer Affinity purified serum in PBS pH 7.4
Lagerung store lyophilized/reconstituted at -20°C, once reconstituted make aliquots to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Please, remember to spin tubes briefly prior toopening them to avoid any losses that might occur from lyophilized materialadhering to the cap or sides of the tubes.
