Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64,000. Approx 48-50kDa band observed in lysates of cell line Jurkat (calculated MW of 43.3kDa according to NP_003918.1). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Tan et al, Mol Cell Biol. 2006 Oct,26(19):7224-35., PMID: 16980624). Recommended concentration: 0.3-1µg/ml.

Reinigung: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Buffer: Supplied at 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.

Lagerung: Aliquot and store at -20°C. Minimize freezing and thawing.
