Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64,000. Western Blot: Approx 65kDa band observed in HeLa cell lysate and using recombinant HEXIM1 protein. Data kindly provided by David Price and Jeff Cooper, University of Iowa, USA. We find an approx. 40kDa band in Human Heart lysates (calculated MW of 40.6kDa according to NP_006451.1). Recommended concentration: 0.3-1µg/ml.

Reinigung: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Buffer: Supplied at 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.

Lagerung: Aliquot and store at -20°C. Minimize freezing and thawing.
