Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:1,000. Western Blot: experiments gave bands at approx 70kDa and 60kDa in Human Skeletal Muscle lysates after 0.1µg/ml antibody staining. These bands correspond to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Chang et al, Cancer Res. 2007 Jan 1,67(1):100-7., PMID: 17210688). This protein has a calculated MW of 64.7kDa according to NP_647593.1. Recommended concentration: 1-3µg/ml.

Reinigung: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Buffer: Supplied at 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.

Lagerung: Aliquot and store at -20°C. Minimize freezing and thawing.
