This antibody recognises a cell surface antigen present on the surface of all guinea pig T lymphocytes. Weak reactivity is also seen with some myeloid cells, and with the L2C guinea pig B cell leukaemia.

Applikationshinweise
|
Flow Cytometry: Use Use 10ul of /5-1/10 diluted antibody to label 10e6 cells in 100 ul. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
