Beschreibung: Aminoacyl-tRNA synthetases catalyze the aminoacylation of tRNA by their cognate amino acid. Because of their central role in linking amino acids with nucleotide triplets contained in tRNAs, aminoacyl-tRNA synthetases are thought to be among the first proteins that appeared in evolution. Two forms of tryptophanyl-tRNA synthetase exist, a cytoplasmic form, named WARS, and a mitochondrial form, named WARS2. WARS2 is the mitochondrial tryptophanyl-tRNA synthetase. Aminoacyl-tRNA synthetases catalyze the aminoacylation of tRNA by their cognate amino acid. Applikationshinweise: ELISA titre: 1:312500 . Western Blotting: Suggested dilution at 1 u ug/ml in 5% skim milk / PBS buffer, and HRP conjugated anti-Rabbit IgG should be diluted in 1: 50,000 - 100,000 as second antibody.
