Beschreibung: TMP21 is a integral membrane protein that is localized in microsomal membranes,zymogen granule membrane and the plasma membrane. It is ubiquitously expressed andis involved in vesicular targeting and protein transport. Recent studies have shown thatTMP21 is a component of presenillin complexes and differentially regulatesgamma-secretase cleavage of the amyloid precursor protein, without affectingepsilon-secretase activity.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Immunohistochemistry on Paraffin Sections (3 ug/ml). Western Blot. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Buffer: Phosphate Buffered Saline PBS containing 0.02% Sodium Azide aspreservative.

Lagerung: Store the antibody undiluted at 2-8°C for one month or (in aliquots) at -20°C for longer. Dilute only prior to immediate use. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Shelf life: one year from despatch.
