Beschreibung: CCR4, a Chemokine Receptor, mediates inflammatory responses and HIV-1 infections. Itbinds beta-family chemokines (CC motif) such as TARC (thymus and activation-regulatedchemokine) and MDC (macrophage-derived chemokine).

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Immunohistochemistry on paraffin sections (10 ug/ml). Antigen retrieval: Steam slides in 0.01 M sodium citrate buffer, pH 6.0, at 99-100C for 20min. Remove from heat and let stand at room temperature in buffer for 20 min. Rinse in 1xTBS with Tween (TBST) for 1 min. at room temperature. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Lagerung: Store the antibody at 2 °C to 8 °C up to one month or (in aliquots) at -20 °C to -70 °C forlonger. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. Shelf life: one year from despatch.
