Anwendungsinformationen

Applikationshinweise: ELISA: use at a 1:5,000 dilution in direct ELISA against purified MRSA protein or MRSA-positive Staphylococcus aureus lysate. Immunoblotting: use at 1:2,000 dilution. A band of approx. 70 kDa is detected. These are recommended dilutions. Enduser should determine optimal dilutions for their applications.

Kommentare:

Reconstitute with distilled H20. Mix gently. Wash the sides of the vial and wait 30-60 seconds before use. Dilute in PBS or medium which is identical to that used in the assay system.
