Beschreibung: Immunoglobulin G (IgG) is a 150 kDa soluble protein that serves as a major effectormolecule of the humoral immune response in man. Its concentration in blood plasma ofhealthy individuals is approximately 10 g/l, which accounts for about 75% of the total plasmaimmunoglobulins. IgG has the highest stability of blood immunoglobulins (T1/2 = 21 days)and is able of placental transfer. IgG is secreted by plasma cells at a comparably high rateas other immunoglobulins.

Spezifität: The antibody EM-07 reacts with Fc part of human IgG heavy chain and with isolated Fc fragments.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: The peroxidase conjugate is designed for ELISA and. Suggested working dilution for ELISA is 0.1 - 0.5 µg/ml. Indicated dilution is recommended starting point for use of this product. Working concentrations should be determined by the investigator.

Konzentration: 0.1 mg/ml

Buffer: The reagent is provided in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.01% (w/v)thimerosal and 1% (w/v) high-grade protease free Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA) as astabilizing agent.

Lagerung: Store in the dark at 2-8 o C. Do not freeze. Avoid prolonged exposure to light. Do not use after expiration date stamped on vial label.Short-term exposure to room temperature should not affect the quality of the reagent.However, if reagent is stored under any conditions other than those specified, the conditions must be verified by the user.
