Immunogen: Salmonella antibody (FITC) was raised in rabbit using a mixture of S. enteriditis, S. typhimurium and S. heidelburg as the immunogen.

Beschreibung: Salmonella is a genus of rod-shaped, Gram-negative, non-spore-forming, predominantly motile enterobacteria with diameters around 0.7 to 1.5 um, lengths from 2 to 5 um, and flagella which grade in all directions (i.e. peritrichous). They are chemoorganotrophs, obtaining their energy from oxidation and reduction reactions using organic sources.

Anwendungen

Konzentration: Typically 4-5 mg/ml

Buffer: Supplied as a liquid in 10mM PBS, pH 7.2, with 10 mg/ml BSA, and 0.1% NaN3.

Lagerung: Store at 4 °C for short term storage. Aliquot and store at -20 °C for long term storage. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
