Immunogen: Goat anti-rabbit IgG (H + L) (Fab'2) was raised in goat using rabbit IgG whole molecule as the immunogen.

Beschreibung: Immunoglobulin G (IgG) are antibody molecules. Each IgG is composed of four peptide chains - two heavy chains and two light chains. Each IgG has two antigen binding sites. Other Immunoglobulins may be described in terms of polymers with the IgG structure considered the monomer. The Fab region, (fragment, antigen binding), is the binding region of the antibody.

Anwendungen

Reinigung: Goat anti Rabbit IgG (H + L) (Fab'2) was purified by affinity chromatography.

Buffer: Lyophilized from 0.01M Na3PO4, pH 7.4, with 0.14M NaCl, 10 mg/ml BSA, and 0.01% NaN3. Immunoglobulin and protease free.

Lagerung: Store at 4 °C until reconstitution. Following reconstitution aliquot and freeze at -20 °C for long term storage. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
