Immunogen: Dopamine D3 receptor antibody was raised in rabbit using a 19 amino acid peptide of human D3R as the immunogen.

Beschreibung: Dopamine is an endogenous catecholamine that influences many cellular activities, including behavior, hormone synthesis and release, blood pressure and intracellular ion transport. A family of at least 5 Dopamine Receptors (DR) genes, D1-D5, have been identified based upon the amino acid identity, pharmacological specificity and effector responses. D3 is encoded by the Dopamine receptor D3 gene (DRD3). Maximum expression of dopamine D3 receptors is noted in the islands of Calleja and nucleus accumbens.

Spezifität: This antibody cross-reacts with 88% in mouse, 63% in human and monkey. No significant sequence homology with other Dopamine receptors ( D1, D2, D4 or D5)

Anwendungen

Buffer: Lyophilized from PBS, with 0.1% BSA, and 0.05% NaN3. Reconstitute in PBS at 1 mg/ml.

Lagerung: Store at 4 °C for short term storage. Aliquot and store at -20 °C for long term storage. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
