Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Suitable use for Phage display (immunoassays for the identification of recombinantantigen or antibody phages), detection limit: 10 E07 phage particles, immunoelectron microscopy, immunoblotting (western), and ELISA (1:1000 dilution).

Buffer: Reconstitute in 1 ml distilled water (final solution contains 0.09% NaN, 0.5% BSA 3buffer, pH7.4)

Lagerung: Stable for one year after reconstitution when stored at 4°C, but strongly advised to add 0.5% BSA to diluents and a suitable preservative ( as 0.05-0.09% sodium azideor equivalent), then aliquot and store at -20°C.
