Beschreibung: B-PE is a phycobiliprotein which is a building block of phycobilisomes, thelight-harvesting complex, in red algae and some cyanobacteria. Phycobilisomesare attached to the stromal side of the thylakoid membrane. B-phycoerythrin hasboth phycoerythrobilin (on alpha and beta subunits) and phycourobilin (on thegamma subunits) chromophores.

Applikationshinweise: Recommended Dilution 1:1000 - 5000 with standard ECL (WB).

Lagerung: store lyophilized/reconstituted at -20°C, once reconstituted make aliquots to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Please, remember to spin tubes briefly prior toopening them to avoid any losses that might occur from lyophilized materialadhering to the cap or sides of the tubes.
