Applikationshinweise: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32,000. Western Blot: Approx 40kDa band observed in Human Skin lysates (calculated MW of 33.9kDa according to NP_000520.1). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Kilianova et al, Endocrinology. 2006 May,147(5):2325-37, PMID: 16497811). Recommended concentration: 1-3µg/ml.

Reinigung: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Buffer: Supplied at 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.
