Applikationshinweise: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:8000. Western blot: Approx 80kDa band observed in Human Brain (Hippocampus lysates (calculated MW of 81.9kDa according to NP_065960.2). Recommended concentration: 1-3µg/ml. An additional band of unknown identity was also consistently observed at 140kDa. This band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. Have any further splice variants/modified forms been reported?

Reinigung: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
