Applikationshinweise: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128,000. Approx 110kDa band observed in lysates of cell line K562 (calculated MW of 82.6kDa according to NP_056156.2). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Cabello et al, Mol Biol Cell. 2001 Nov,12(11):3527-37., PMID: 11694586). Recommended concentration: 0.01-0.03µg/ml.

Reinigung: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Buffer: 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.

Lagerung: Aliquot and store at -20°C. Minimize freezing and thawing.
