Beschreibung: FtsZ (cell division GTPase) is a well characterized protein of the bacterial celldivision apparatus. This protein accumulates early in dividing cells, and has acrucial role during septum formation in most bacteria as well as in chloroplasts. Ithas also been accepted as the bacterial cytoskeletal counterpart to eukaryoticmicrotubules.

Applikationshinweise: Recommended Dilution 1 : 2000 - 1: 5000 with alkaline phosphatase (WB), 1: 200 (IL) Immunogold-TEM. Additional Information: Antibodies will also recognize FtsZ protein from E.coli strain BL21 in dilution 1:1000 in western blot application .
