Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Western blot: Suggested dilution 1-10 µg/mL The optimal dilution for a specific application should be determined by the researcher.

Buffer: 100 µg purified antibody in PBS with 0.08% sodium azide. Sterile filtered with a 0.2 µM filter.

Lagerung: Store at -20 °C. Aliquot to avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
