Applikationshinweise: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32,000. Approx 28kDa band observed in mouse brain lysates (calculated MW of 41.3kDa according to NP_808245.1). The observed molecular weight corresponds to findings with ABIN185538, a product of different design reacting to a different part of the Human protein. Recommended concentration: 1-3µg/ml.

Reinigung: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Buffer: 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.

Lagerung: Aliquot and store at -20°C. Minimize freezing and thawing.
