Applikationshinweise: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128,000. Western Blot: Approx. 105kDa band observed in Human T-lymphocyte and HeLa lysates (calculated MW of 123kDa according to NP_954712.1). Recommended concentration: 1-3µg/ml. Full caption (WB): EB067336 (2µg/ml) staining of Human T-lymphocyte lysate (35µg protein in RIPA buffer). Primary incubation was 1 hour. Detected by chemiluminescence. Data provided by anonymous customer. Immunohistochemisty: In paraffin embedded Human Thymus shows cytoplasm staining in select areas. Recommended concentration, 2.5µg/ml.

Reinigung: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Buffer: 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.

Lagerung: Aliquot and store at -20°C. Minimize freezing and thawing.
