Applikationshinweise: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000. Western blot: Approx 37kDa band observed in Human Skin and Human Testes lysates (calculated MW of 39.6kDa according to NP_003605.1). Recommended concentration: 1-3µg/ml. IHC: In paraffin embedded Human Testis shows cellular membrane staining of spermatocytes. Recommended concentration, 4-6µg/ml.

Reinigung: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
