Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64,000. Approx 35-37kDa band observed in Human Testis lysates (calculated MW of 30.2kDa according to NP_955631.1). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Clarke et al, Hum Mol Genet. 2004 Apr 1,13(7):727-39. Epub 2004 Feb 12, PMID: 14962983). Recommended concentration: 1-3µg/ml.

Reinigung: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Buffer: 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.

Lagerung: Aliquot and store at -20°C. Minimize freezing and thawing.
