Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16,000. Western Blot: Approx 28kDa band observed in Human Lymph Node and Tonsil lysates (calculated MW of 26.7kDa according to NP_077305.2). Recommended concentration: 0.1-0.3µg/ml. Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded human tonsil stains cells in the proximity of the epithelial criptae, granulocyte neutrophils, macrophages within the germinal centre and in scattered cells (particularly in the interfollicular area and associated with epithelium) that resemble macrophages and/or dendritic cells. (IHC data have been obtained with ABIN185311 from previous batch.)

Reinigung: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Buffer: 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.

Lagerung: Aliquot and store at -20°C. Minimize freezing and thawing.
