Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64,000. Western Blot: Preliminary experiments gave an approx 30-35kDa band in Human Kidney lysates at 1ug/ml. Please note that currently we cannot find an explanation in the literature for the band we observe given the predicted sizes of approx. 24-58kDda according to NP_000429.2, NP_039230.1, NP_852122,.1 NP_852123.1, NP_852124.1, NP_852125.1, NP_852126.1. We would appreciate any feedback from people in the field - have any results been reported with other antibodies/lysates? Have any further splice variants/modified forms been reported? Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded Human Oesophagus shows nuclear staining of cells in the Squamous Epithelium. Recommended concentration, 3µg/ml.

Reinigung: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Buffer: 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.

Lagerung: Aliquot and store at -20°C. Minimize freezing and thawing.
