Applikationshinweise: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:64,000. Western Blot: Approx 70kDa band observed in human epidermoid carcinoma A431 lysates (calculated MW of 69.1kDa according to NP_004387). Recommended concentration: 0.11-0.3µg/ml. Immunofluorescence: A customer has reported successful staining at a dilution of 1:100 on HT-1080 cells with a Rhodamine conjugated secondary.

Reinigung: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Buffer: 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.

Lagerung: Aliquot and store at -20°C. Minimize freezing and thawing.
