Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16000. Western Blot: Approx 45kDa band observed in human testis lysates (calculated MW of 44.6kDa according to NP_543026. Recommended concentration: 1-3µg/ml. Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded human testis shows granular cytoplasmic staining of Leydig cells. Recommended concentration, 10µg/ml.
