Applikationshinweise: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution >1:32,000. Western Blot: Approx 75kDa band observed in Human Brain lysate (calculated MW of 77.3kDa according to NP_071919). Recommended concentration: 1-3µg/ml. Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded Human Skeletal Muscle shows strong alternating staning of muscle fibres in longitudinal section. Recommended concentration, 5-10µg/ml.

Reinigung: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Buffer: 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.
